Established in 2005, Napa School of Music has been an integral part of the Napa Valley music community, promoting music education, performance, and collaboration amongst students of all ages and abilities. In addition to private lessons, Napa School of Music offers a wide range of group classes, summer camps and rock band programs. Lessons at Napa School of  Music can encompass the entire music making experience, guiding students from the early stages of learning an instrument, to performing, recording, and beyond!

Our drum instructors are warm and friendly, and get to know each student and parent on a personal level. We work with you to pair you with the right teacher and craft a lesson plan that fits your individual needs and the student's favorite type of music. All ages and ability levels are welcome. The state-of-the-art drum lesson rooms are equipped with Ludwig, Pearl or Roland drum kits for our students.

Whether you're playing in local bands, a five year old taking their first lesson, or a fifty year old returning to the drums after many years, we’ll set goals to achieve your musical aspirations.. Some of our students are band members who play in local clubs and churches.
